The postures are deeply supported by blankets, blocks and bolsters and are held for several minutes at a time. Restorative Yoga will help you relieve stress and gain confidence in your body's strength, balance and flexibility. An energetic, flowing class synchronizing breath with movement, allowing your yoga practice to become a moving meditation. Heat is created in vinyasa flow through challenging work at Studio 108 and not by adjusting the thermostat as in a Bikram or hot yoga class. Build strength, flexibility and concentration. Vinyasa relieves tension in the body and calms the mind. Each class will include breathwork, meditation, relaxation and thorough instructions on refinement of poses. Students are encouraged to work at their own level. Poses are demonstrated and explained in different stages, in order for the student to find their authentic practice.

Yin Yoga is a quiet, powerful practice which targets tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body.
